Iverson Mobility Solutions, LLC is led by Chris Iverson, PE, a seasoned expert with over 12 years of experience in the municipal transportation industry. He has led numerous transportation planning and design projects in both private and public sectors. Projects have included the development of curbside management plans, parking studies, grant composition, bicycle & pedestrian master plans, full plan set & estimate (PS&E) packages, corridor concept designs, and stakeholder engagement exercises.

Principal
Chris is an exceptional writer and communicator, successfully navigating numerous political and public processes. Chris’s background in the nexus of planning and engineering has ensured cohesive and satisfying outcomes for clients and the community alike. In 2021, Chris was awarded Outstanding Young Professional by ITE Washington.

From 2017-2023, Chris acted as a Senior Transportation Engineer for the City of Bellevue, WA. During his tenure, he oversaw the successful completion of the city’s Curb Management Plan, one of the most robust curbside planning efforts in the country. In addition, he managed the 108th Avenue NE Complete Street project, designing and developing the city’s first protected bikeway and bus transit corridor through the heart of Downtown Bellevue. In 2020, Chris led a successful grant application effort for Bellevue to be part one of three cities to participate in the Smart Cities Collaborative, a working group led by Transportation for America.

Prior to his tenure at Bellevue, Chris worked as a transportation engineer for the City of St Louis Park, MN, where he led the development of the city’s non-motorized transportation network and led successful grant applications that secured millions of dollars for the city’s transportation system. Previously, he worked as transportation analyst for Kimley-Horn & Associates, where he helped design numerous roadway, transit, and park & ride facilities around the state of Minnesota.
